As one of the major Independent recruitment consultants in Scotland, Recruitment Zone came to Dunning with a remit to look at every aspect of their marketing. With the boundaries between marketing disciplines blurring, our research took on a holistic approach and by using Think, it became clear that some quite fundamental changes may need to take place.
With the word ‘recruitment; becoming increasingly meaningless and very limiting, we created a Brand platform which would move away from focusing on this and allow for acquisition. As the business grows even more, Recruitment Zone’s expertise in specialist areas such as Managing Teams and Compliance can become stand-alone propositions, albeit now working as part of a renewed ‘RZ’ brand offer.
